BACKGROUND: A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, some Boos though it would be fun if they could scare people with a sudden, loud explosion. Bomb Boos enjoy sneaking up on people and exploding violently. Their long tongues, however, proved to be a problem. It didn't take people long to figure out that they could use the Bomb Boos' attack to their advantage and use them to clear hard rocks and statues that blocked their paths.
