BACKGROUND:
He can create Ice Blasts at Wario and he can tell what's coming behind him. Ice Monkeys are closely related to Boulder Monkeys, and the they can actually transform back and forth between the two kinds based on their surroundings.
These white fur-covered beasts are cranky and almost always have a cold. If they hit you with their sneezes, you'll be frozen and sent sliding into the nearest wall. Avoid them if possible.
