BACKGROUND: Pokey mummies are Pokeys that dried up. But when a Pokey dries out it becomes poisonous and harder to deafeat. Mummy Pokeys are found in Dry Dry Ruins and the Pit of 100 Trials.

EVOLUTION: In Paper Mario Pokey Mummies looked exactly like Pokeys except their colour was blue. In Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door they look exactly the same as their previous games version. In New Super Mario Bros. Pokey Mummy was a boss. It looked like a giant Pokey wrapped in gauze.
