Who designs these guys? Pipe Master is some sort of shadow monster that lives in pipes.
Although he can be tricky to find, he's actually very talkative and will chatter away about his favourite subject (pipes) to anyone who listens. Despite being a bit simple looking, Pipe Master does know his stuff; it's wise to pay him a visit just once. He lives in the Pipe House in the Beanbean Castle Town, although it's unclear whether anyone actually visits him.
You can't fight Pipe Master, so no stats for HP, FP and the rest are available.
