BACKGROUND:
The RC Wario Cars are tiny Remote Controlled toys shaped to look like Wario driving his infamous purple car. The only difference is the spikes pointing out of the bumper on the front.
These little guys appear in nearly every level, almost as if to taunt Wario with his likeness. It is unknown who created these or why but one thing is for certain, they're bigger pests than Wario himself.
