BACKGROUND: When the Shroobs took over the Mushroom Kingdom, they Shroobified anything they could find, such as Rex. They can toss flaming boulders, charge at the Bros. and ground pound them. Shroob Rexes looked just like Rexes but they had purple skin and red eyes.
