BACKGROUND: Terra Cottas are an elite band of red-shelled Terrapins/Koopatrols that were enlisted by Smithy after he sent Exor to invade Bowser's Keep. Although Exor had a hypnotic influence over them, seeing their former master, Bowser, snapped most of them out of it. Many Terra Cottas fled or fought amongst themselves when Bowser, Mario, and their friends returned to Bowser's Keep.
