This was the original Japanese version Super Mario Bros. 2. It's very similar to Super Mario Bros. only harder and with a few new tricks.
The Lost Levels was first released in North America on Super Mario All-Stars: a compilation of Super Mario Bros. games. It also appeared in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe on the Game Boy Color.
